Orders
On despatch of your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Should

International Orders
We are happy to accept orders for delivery to any part of the world, however
shipping costs stated online only relate to countries within Europe. For
countries outside UK/ Europe please note that additional shipping costs
will apply and customer will be notified after initial order.
Exchange Goods
We are happy to accept returns on an item for exchange. We would advice
that you email us first at enquiries@ellebury.com.
Following that you can then send back the item you wish to exchange along
with the details of your replacement.
Please send any goods to be returned by recorded delivery or via a traceable
courier company such as Royal Mail Special delivery, UPS or Parcel force,
etc.
Please note that all shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility
of the customer.
Ellebury will not be liable or responsible for any damaged or lost packaged
sent via a non- traceable carrier. Once we receive the item to be exchanged,
we will then process your replacement. You will also receive a confirmation
email from us informing you of your new purchase details with any subsequent
balance or credit due.
In the event that the new item purchased is of a greater amount, full
payment will be required before goods can be sent to you. Any additional
costs such as delivery charges will be incurred.
Orders Off-line
We prefer to receive orders on-line, however in exceptional situations
we will receive orders off-line, such as cheque payment. To do so please
make a note of the product code and description of the item(s) you wish
to purchase. Send an email to sales@ellebury.com or call us on 0161 763 7944 and we will endeavour to deal with your request.
Delivery
Delivery times For UK mainland customers is between 3-4 working days and
for customers buying outside the UK please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Delivery Charges
All postage charges are calculated automatically according to the product
weight and UK or other European destination using GBP postal charges for
both domestic and International will be applied after initial order of
goods.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please notify
customer services immediately by sending an email to sales@ellebury.com.
We will provide instructions for returning the item. Please ensure that
you check your goods on receipt as we will only receive goods stated as
damaged within 3 days of you receiving the goods.
We will more than happy to replace the item and all shipping charges
will be incurred by us in order for you to return the damaged goods.
Exchange Policy
We are always happy to exchange items, however goods must be returned
in the same condition as sold. Please ensure that the goods are unused,
in condition as sold and in its original packaging. Your exchange request
must be made within 7 days of purchase.

All payments on our site are processed via paypal. An extremely secure
and user friendly online payment system. Paypal utilises the world's most

and real time payment solution. We do not see any credit/debit card details
from our customers. When you click on the add to cart button and are ready
to check out (make payment), you will be redirected to paypal secure server/site
where your payment transaction will be completed.
